MSA announced today the hiring of Ted Marks as the firm’s chief information officer (CIO). As CIO, Ted will lead the organization in information technology strategy and operations, aligning investments in technology with strategic planning efforts to strengthen cybersecurity, optimize enterprise platforms, and foster innovation for internal teams and external clients across the firm’s nationwide footprint.

Ted joins MSA with over two decades of experience in technology leadership and enterprise IT strategy. Most recently, he served as vice president at Varsity Healthcare Partners (VHP), driving operational and technological enhancements for clients to accelerate growth and scalability. His prior experience includes nearly five years as senior vice president and CIO at WellMed Medical Management, and over 12 years in vice president, chief technology, and mergers and acquisitions leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group.
Ted holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the Carlson School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University. He holds multiple industry-recognized certifications in digital, cloud, and artificial intelligence technologies amongst others.
