Nick serves as CEO at MSA, a position he assumed in 2025. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has served the organization in a variety of capacities, most recently as senior vice president and Buildings service line leader, where he managed multidisciplinary teams performing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and civil engineering, and architectural design. Nick also has a long tenure of expertise in water system master planning, design and construction; wastewater facility planning, design, and construction; roadway and utility infrastructure design; GIS; capital improvement planning; and funding administration. He thrives on the philosophy of servant leadership, purpose-driven business strategy, a thriving employee-ownership model, and in empowering leaders across all levels of the organization.
