MSA announced today the hiring of Jackie Jackson as a senior IT project manager in the firm’s Madison, Wisconsin, location.

Jackie joins MSA with over 17 years of IT project and program management experience, with expertise leading complex initiatives and aligning them with organizational strategy. In recent roles, she has overseen project intake and prioritization, coached project managers, and advanced Agile practices to strengthen delivery and team performance. Her background also includes leading enterprise technology implementations, operational improvements, and system transformations, supported by earlier experience in systems analysis, training, and workflow design. Jackie has managed multidisciplinary teams, established governance structures, and guided organizations through change, consistently delivering practical, user-focused solutions.
Jackie earned a Master of Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago and bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and social work from Minnesota State University. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and holds ITIL Foundation certification from PeopleCert for IT Service Management.
