Ted partners with leadership to advance MSA’s vision of self-determination and profitable growth, ensuring technology empowers teams and enhances client experiences. Before joining MSA, Ted held senior leadership roles at WellMed Medical Management, OptumCare IT, and UnitedHealth Group, where he scaled IT systems, led large teams, and delivered strategic technology programs across healthcare and enterprise environments. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions integration, infrastructure modernization, and creating compliance frameworks for global organizations. Ted also served as Operating Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners, driving technology strategy for portfolio companies.
Ted earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from St. Cloud State University. He holds multiple industry-recognized certifications in digital, cloud and artificial intelligence technologies amongst others.
