MSA announced today the hiring of Bob Haines, PE, as a new senior engineering project manager within the firm’s Baraboo, Wisconsin, office location.

Bob joins MSA with over 36 years of experience in municipal leadership and administration, public works and transportation engineering design, project management, water and wastewater operations, regulatory compliance, municipal budgeting, and the management of a variety of municipal department staff. He brings a deep bench of expertise to the role of senior engineering project manager at MSA, including a 13-year tenure with the City of La Crosse, Wisconsin, as the assistant director of public works and engineer IV, nine years as the director of public works in the Village of Holmen, Wisconsin, and eight years as a senior transportation engineer with the Waukesha County, Wisconsin, Department of Public Works.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin, a Certified Wastewater Operator in Wisconsin, and Certified Municipal Water Supply Operator in Wisconsin.
