Rob Uphoff, PE

Rob serves as senior vice president and senior service line leader for MSA’s Public Works division. He has been planning, designing and constructing infrastructure systems for municipalities since joining the firm in 1989. Rob’s skill set is exemplified by his breadth of project experience which includes municipal infrastructure improvements; urban roadway planning, design and construction; municipal water supply and distribution planning, design and construction; stormwater planning, design, and construction; and municipal sewer collection design and construction. As senior service line leader for Public Works, Rob oversees operations leaders and project administrators who work closely with a variety of public works and funding teams across the organization. He thrives on establishing long-term relationships with clients, helping to resolve short-term challenges and meet long-term goals.
