MSA announced today the hiring of Bill Pinnow, PE, as a principal engineer in the firm’s Madison public works division.
Pinnow joins MSA after serving as City Engineer and Public Works Director for the City of Jefferson, Wisconsin, since 2014. In this role, he oversaw a wide variety of municipal planning, budgeting, construction, and administration projects relative to city infrastructure, capital improvements, long-range strategic planning and development. His professional tenure spans over 24 years and includes civil and transportation engineering, surveying, business management and consulting experience.
Pinnow earned bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and reclamation from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
