Beth joins MSA with over 20 years of experience in building inspection, zoning administration, surveying, bid preparation, land sales transactions, and permitting and reporting for public and private clients. “I’m thrilled to welcome Beth to the team,” remarked Rob Uphoff, PE, senior vice president and senior Public Works service line leader at the firm. “Her excellent tenure of public service and experience with the full spectrum of municipal building inspection and zoning administration will be a remarkable resource to other MSA client communities as they grow and develop.
