MSA announced today the hiring of Andy Busscher as a field project manager within the firm’s  Water service line.

Andy joins MSA’s Rice Lake, Wisconsin, office location with over 20 years of experience in water and wastewater project management, business development, and municipal water treatment plant operation. Most recently, he served as senior construction services manager at Donohue & Associates and service manager at Staab Construction Corporation. Andy’s background also includes working with Marshfield Utilities for 12 years as the municipal water system operator. He earned an associates degree in civil engineering from Mid-State Technical College.
