Jason serves as vice president and Water service line leader at MSA. He also functions as a trustee for the organization’s Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). As Water service line leader, Jason manages civil, environmental, and industrial engineering projects, with a skill set that includes evaluating wastewater treatment and collection systems; water treatment, storage, and distribution systems; and recreational facilities — as well as planning, design, and construction estimating. He joined MSA in 2003 and is experienced in coordinating with clients, funding agencies, and governmental review agencies to streamline the review and permitting processes, secure project funding, and help public and private clients succeed. Jason is passionate about delivering consistent, quality service to address the broad spectrum of challenges and opportunities clients face.
