MSA was recently selected to receive the Client Experience Excellence (CX-cellence) Award for Innovative Client Experience Strategy in the Compelling Brand Values category for 2019.
The award was presented to MSA by Client Savvy on Wednesday, May 22, at the 2019 Client Experience in Professional Services (CXps) convention in Durham, North Carolina. It recognizes leadership in the design and execution of an outstanding client experience, specifically pertaining to brand attributes and how they drive client interactions and relationships.
“MSA is honored and excited to receive this award”, said Jim Holz, director of client services at MSA. “Our goal is to continue to elevate the client experience and deepen each of the relationships we’ve built. The company rebrand provides new and improved tools with which to achieve these ends.”
MSA’s entry discussed the firm’s brand journey. It provided historical context to a narrative about the company’s growth and evolution, including steps leading to a firmwide rebrand in May of 2018. The goal of the rebrand was to maintain a strong connection to the roots of MSA while creating a new logo, web presence and client experience to reflect a consistent dedication to innovation and high-quality, personalized service.

We want to be known for superior client service and our honest approach to providing professional services. We always act in the best interest of our clients, and they look to us to deliver.”
This is the second CX-cellence award for MSA, having received the 2018 CX-cellence Award in Purposeful Leadership in 2018.
