MSA announced today the expansion of the firm’s real estate acquisition team with the hiring of two accomplished real estate professionals, Peter Miesbauer and Jessica Prien.
Miesbauer joins MSA as after serving as president and owner of G.J. Miesbauer & Associates. He brings over 20 years of real estate acquisition and relocation experience and will serve as a senior real estate acquisition professional at MSA’s Madison office location. Mr. Miesbauer’s expertise spans both public and private sectors, including a vast portfolio of highway, airport and utility projects. He is a WisDOT Approved Negotiator with educational credentials from the International Right of Way Association, Federal Highway Administration, National Highway Institute and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT).
Jessica Prien adds over 24 years of real estate expertise to the MSA team, with 14 years serving WisDOT in a variety of real estate program and project management roles, most recently overseeing the WisDOT local road program for the Southwest, Northwest and North Central regions of the organization. Her expertise spans from real estate acquisition and project management to landowner negotiations, eminent domain law and policy, residential relocations, cost and sales valuations and consulting. Prien is a WisDOT Approved Negotiator as well as a WisDOT Approved Relocation Specialist with education from the International Right of Way Association, Federal Highway Administration, National Highway Institute and WisDOT. Jessica Prien joins MSA’s Rhinelander office location as a real estate project manager.
