Kevin joined MSA in 2000 and serves as vice president and Transportation program manager in the Midwest region. Located in our Madison, Wis., office, he oversees a wide range of traffic engineering services and designs for state, local and private clients throughout the country. Kevin is also MSA’s Traffic Communities of Practice chair.
His expertise in intersection control evaluation and design, corridor studies, traffic impact analysis and multimodal accommodations has led to improvements at over 100 intersections across the U.S. In addition, Kevin has served as project manager for a variety of roadway improvement projects ranging from complex freeway and interchange designs to local road improvement projects. His experience also includes serving as the on-call traffic engineer for a number of MSA’s municipal clients. The combination of technical expertise and practical real-world design experience allows Kevin and his team to provide realistic solutions that are effective in improving traffic safety and efficiency.
Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Georgia. He has been active with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and has served on the Wisconsin Traffic Engineering Council.
