MSA announced today the promotions of Chuck Schwartz and Raine Gardner to the role of Operations Leader within the firm’s Public Works service line.
Chuck Schwartz, PE, has been named Operations Leader for the Public Works North region. Schwartz joined MSA in 2013 and has over 30 years of industry experience specializing in public works infrastructure. In this new role, he will oversee the company’s northern region of public works with a continued focus on client service and service line growth. Chuck is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and works from MSA’s St. Paul office.
Raine Gardner, PE, has been named Operations Leader for the firm’s Public Works West region. Gardner joined MSA in 2006 and has over 17 years of industry experience specializing in public works infrastructure as well as parks and recreational development. In this new role, she will oversee the western region of public works projects and pursuits with a continued focus on client service and service line growth. Raine is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin and works from MSA’s Baraboo office location.
