MSA announced today the promotion of three employee owners to leadership roles in 2026.

Nicki Kovalaske has been named MSA’s manager of project accounting. Based in Baraboo, Wisconsin, she will lead the firm’s project accountant team, continuing to strengthen financial operations and optimize project performance across the enterprise. Nicki joined MSA in 2014 and has over 14 years of experience in accounting, funding, and accounts payable roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an associate’s degree in accounting from Madison Area Technical College.
Nicole Schiesser has been promoted to the role of administrative lead at MSA. Nicole joined the firm in 2023 and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. As administrative lead she will help guide and mentor the company’s administrative team to support operations, streamline processes, and maintain alignment with corporate strategic goals. Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from North Central College.
Andrew Wulff has been named manager of information technology (IT) at MSA. Andrew joined the firm in 2013 and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. He recently served as the company’s senior cyber network security engineer. As manager of IT, Andrew will oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and staff, ensuring systems, networks, and applications run efficiently and securely. Andrew earned an associate’s degree in computer systems administration from Madison Area Technical College.
