MSA announced today the hiring of Timothy Esbe, PSM, SHRM-CP, as the firm’s senior business project manager based in Baraboo, Wisconsin. In this role, Timothy will lead enterprise-level projects, drive innovation, and champion corporate initiatives, while ensuring resource and budget alignment with organizational goals.

Timothy joins MSA with over 23 years of diversified project and program management, business process, consulting, system implementation, and operations experience across six industries. Most recently, he served as a senior manager of operations, service delivery, and business process outsourcing for a global business consulting group. Timothy has a proven record of successful program implementation and management of cross-organizational teams, with expertise in a variety of enterprise data, customer relationship, and business process management as well as enterprise resource planning platforms.

Timothy holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in geography and anthropology from the University of New Mexico. He is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM-1) and Certified Professional as accredited by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
