MSA announced today the hiring of Naomi Bernstein, PE, as a new senior engineering project manager on the firm’s Agricultural Services team in Madison, Wisconsin.

Naomi joins MSA with nearly two decades of experience leading innovative solutions across academic technology and agricultural and biological systems engineering industries. Her expertise includes agricultural engineering consulting, farmstead planning, design, permitting, regulatory compliance, funding, and implementation of projects for all sizes of farms and producers, including experience with farm expansions, waste and stormwater management systems, comprehensive nutrient management plans (CNMPs), and concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs).
Prior to joining MSA, Naomi served six years as an IT project manager at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, 10 years as an agricultural engineer at Insight FS, and four years as an agricultural engineer at Resource Engineering Associates. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin, and an active member of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers.
