MSA announced today the hiring of Erik Evenson, PE, as a senior project manager of public works in the firm’s St. Paul, Minnesota, and Rice Lake, Wisconsin, office locations.
Erik re-joins MSA with over 25 years of project engineering and project management experience on a variety of municipal, transportation, utility, private development, water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. He is also experienced in designing, modeling, and performing construction management services for water distribution and water system facilities.
Prior to his return, Erik served four years as the director of public works and city engineer for the City of New Richmond, Wisconsin. In that role, he oversaw the city’s streets, parks, water, and wastewater departments and completed design for a variety of street and utility projects across the community. Before his tenure in New Richmond, Erik served six years as a senior public works engineer at MSA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and a Licensed Master Plumber in Wisconsin.
