MSA announces the promotion of Courtney Lamensky to the position of marketing manager, building upon her experience within the architectural, engineering, and consulting (AEC) industry to strengthen MSA’s marketing services, drive growth, and support the firm’s business and strategic goals.
Courtney joined MSA in 2021 as a proposal specialist with over seven years of experience with marketing team management, proposal management, and proposal development. As marketing manager, she will oversee a team of proposal specialists and marketing specialists and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through the development of marketing best practices, programs, campaigns, and communication strategies.
Prior to joining MSA, Courtney served as a marketing professional at an infrastructure consulting firm, as well as marketing manager and proposal manager in the construction industry. She earned a master’s degree in global logistics and maritime management as well as a bachelor’s degree in international business and logistics from the Maine Maritime Academy in Castine, Maine. She will lead MSA’s marketing team from the firm’s Appleton, Wisconsin, office location.
