MSA is proud to recognize the accomplishments of employee owner Kassandra Fritz, PE, who recently earned Professional Engineer licensure in the state of Wisconsin.

To earn a PE license, engineers must hold a four-year degree in engineering from an accredited engineering program, gain experience under a licensed professional engineer, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from the state licensure board. PE licensure is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence — a symbol of achievement, assurance of quality and commitment to ethical standards of practice.

Kassandra serves as a project engineer on the firm’s Public Works service line and is based in Baraboo, Wisconsin. She joined MSA in 2021 and has experience with a variety of projects including site design, municipal utility and roadway design, and land development for public and private clients alike. Kassandra holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
