MSA is proud to recognize the accomplishments of Agricultural Engineer Kaesey Glaess, PE, who recently earned Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
To earn a PE license, engineers must hold a four-year degree in engineering from an accredited engineering program, work under a professional engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from the state licensure board. PE licensure is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence – a symbol of achievement, assurance of quality and commitment to ethical standards of practice.
Glaess joined MSA in 2021 and is experienced with a variety of agricultural engineering services, including site layout, planning and design, permitting for animal production systems, as well as working with conservation practices, erosion control and stormwater pollution prevention plans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering and animal production systems from Iowa State University and completed a two-week study abroad course in animal and dairy science at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Kaesey serves as an agricultural engineer based out of MSA’s Baraboo, Wisconsin, office.
“Huge congratulations to Kaesey on receiving PE licensure,” commented Mike Statz, chief operating officer at MSA. “This is a key professional milestone in the industry and I look forward to her continued contributions to the profession, and to the agricultural clients and communities we serve.”
