MSA is proud to recognize the accomplishments of employee owner Caitlin Graeber, PE, who recently earned Professional Engineer licensure in the state of Wisconsin.

To earn a PE license, engineers must hold a four-year degree in engineering from an accredited engineering program, gain experience under a licensed professional engineer, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from the state licensure board. PE licensure is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence — a symbol of achievement, assurance of quality and commitment to ethical standards of practice.
Caitlin serves as a water and wastewater engineer on the firm’s Water service line and is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She joined MSA in 2025 and has experience with a variety of projects including the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities for public, private, agricultural, industrial, and residential development clients. She is also well versed in environmental remediation, permitting, and compliance best practices. Caitlin earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Marquette University.
“Achieving PE licensure is a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the effort, determination, and passion that Caitlin brings to the profession,” commented Mike Statz, chief operating officer at MSA. “Congratulations on reaching this important milestone and here’s to the bright future that lies ahead.”
