MSA Professional Services continues to be a leader in client satisfaction, as it announced today that it won PSMJ’s 2017 Premier Award for Client Satisfaction at the THRIVE A/E/C Industry Summit held earlier this month in Denver.
The award is given to architecture, engineering and construction firms that have performed in the top 20 percent across several categories of excellence, as evaluated by their clients.
“This award is another example of how our staff is invested in our success,” MSA Director of Client Services Jim Holz said. “MSA’s process of receiving client feedback has allowed us to better serve our clients.”
