MSA is pleased to announce the appointment of Leah Rhodes, PE, to the firm’s board of directors.
Leah joined MSA in 2010 and currently serves as MSA’s bridge design team leader. In this role, she provides project management and bridge design for a variety of transportation projects, specializing in the replacement and rehabilitation of bridges. She is an active participant in Bridge Technical Meetings with the WisDOT Bureau of Structures and applies the most current in industry trends and procedures to her day-to-day duties.

Leah Rhodes holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and is a licensed professional engineer in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
