MSA announced today that Kevin Bailey, Jeff DeMuth, Kate Goodman and Andy Skwor have taken on the roles of market leads within the firm. Market leads are responsible for establishing and nurturing new and existing clients and market opportunities in order to support the continued growth of the company.

Kevin Bailey, PE, team leader at MSA, has been selected as the new market lead for county and local government work in Illinois. A licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Iowa, Illinois and Missouri, Kevin has over 22 years of expertise including civil engineering, street and trail design, industrial park development, capital improvement planning, funding administration and DOT project experience. He works out of the firm’s Quad Cities office in Bettendorf, IA.
Jeff DeMuth, PLS, is a team leader with the firm and has been chosen to lead new and existing private market development. DeMuth has been with MSA for over 25 years and is knowledgeable in all forms of land development, project management, surveying and community relations. He also serves as president of the Northern Lakes Chapter of the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors. Jeff’s work stems from MSA’s office in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
Kate Goodman is a client service manager at MSA in St. Paul and has been selected as the firm’s market lead for state and federal projects and client development within Minnesota. Kate excels at community planning and client relations, with over 19 years of broad-based experience combining project management, community engagement, marketing, public relations and planning skills.
Andy Skwor, PE, serves as the firm’s agricultural services team leader and has been chosen to lead state and federal projects and client development in the state of Wisconsin. Andy joined MSA in 2001 and holds Professional Engineer licenses in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. He is adept at agricultural, environmental, civil and soils engineering, farmstead planning, permitting and design, sediment and erosion control, project and construction management. Andy works from MSA headquarters in Baraboo, Wisconsin.
