Joe serves as an operations leader for the firm’s Public Works East region. His diversified tenure of municipal engineering experience includes commercial site planning and design, construction management, land development, street design, project management, and sanitary sewer, stormwater and wastewater planning. Joe has also developed a niche of helping communities with economic development and growth involving municipal investment. Since joining MSA in 1999, Joe has fostered trusted relationships and established great rapport with community leaders, clients, city councils, and municipal governments — and enjoys being the “go-to” guy for questions and solutions of all sizes.
