Chuck serves as the Operations Leader for the firm’s Public Works North region. Since 1993, he has been planning, designing, and constructing municipal infrastructure systems that strengthen communities and support long‑term growth. A trusted municipal engineer and community partner, Chuck is known for acting in the best interests of the people he is honored to serve. An experienced grant writer and team leader, he works collaboratively with municipal staff, councils, residents, businesses, and partner agencies to solve problems and deliver successful projects. Since joining MSA in 2013, Chuck has enjoyed building meaningful relationships with communities of all sizes and helping them remain exceptional places to live, work, and play.
