MSA announced today the selection of eight firm professionals to receive corporate excellence awards for 2024.
Awards were presented in four categories in recognition of exemplary service and personal contribution: the Emerging Professionals Award, Outstanding Client Service Award, Living Our Purpose Award, and CEO Award.

Two Emerging Professionals Awards were given to Kianna Lindh, PE, and Chase Przybylski, PE. This award recognizes outstanding contributions by early career employees. Kianna Lindh, a community development administrator in the firm’s Rice Lake, Wisconsin, office, was honored for her expertise in tax increment financing (TIF) and for her excellence as a client liaison. Chase Przybylski, project engineer on the Water service line based in Baraboo, Wisconsin, was recognized for his leadership in advancing the firm’s use of building information modeling (BIM) in the design of wastewater treatment facilities.
Outstanding Client Service Awards were given to Adam Stefanik and Tara Walters. This award was named in honor of former Director of Client Services, Clem Safranek, and recognizes individuals with exemplary client experience and interpersonal management skills. Adam Stefanik, talent acquisition partner in the firm’s Madison office, was selected for his success and partnership with hiring managers in talent recruitment and for his work as a company ambassador at colleges and universities. Tara Walters, community development administrator based in MSA’s Quad Cities, Iowa, office, was honored for her excellence in serving MSA clients and her success in obtaining funding for client projects and pursuits.
A pair of Living Our Purpose Awards were given to Andrew Inhelder, PE, and Quirin Klink, PE. Named in honor and remembrance of former MSA Controller Jim Hendricks, this award recognizes individuals who embody the organization’s purpose, mission, and values. Andrew Inhelder, senior project manager in the firm’s Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office, was selected for his excellence in leadership and willingness to relocate to facilitate growth within the east-central region of Iowa. Quirin Klink, PE, senior team leader in the firm’s Baraboo, Wisconsin, office, was honored for his many years of service epitomizing the spirit of MSA through a willingness to help and mentor teams companywide.
CEO Awards were given to Brian Kehrli, PE, and Jaime Kurten, PE, for their consistent dedication, passion, and significant contributions to the company. Briah Kehrli, senior project manager in the firm’s Baraboo, Wisconsin, office, was chosen for his natural leadership and willingness to be a mentor and resource to professionals across service lines, as well as for spearheading the firm’s Risk Management and Safety committees. Jaime Kurten, director of applied technology and innovation based in Madison, Wisconsin, was recognized for her leadership in advancing MSA’s leverage of technology and artificial intelligence companywide, establishing new standards for digital design and technology enabled solutions.
