MSA is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas Dye to the role of senior project manager at the firm’s office in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Tom joins MSA most recently from serving as a senior associate and wastewater group leader at Stantec in Roseville, Minn., where he led the wastewater group in a variety of tasks including business development, client outreach, proposal development, project funding and management, planning, design and construction of wastewater treatment projects. With over 29 years of experience in the design and management of water and wastewater engineering projects, Tom brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his new role at MSA. Prior to Stantec, Tom worked in project management roles at both TKDA and SEH.

Tom holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and North Dakota. He is a member of the Minnesota Wastewater Operators Association as well as a member of the Water Environment Federation.
