MSA announced today the hiring of Ryan Fryman, PE, LEED AP, as a principal electrical engineer on the firm’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) team in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ryan joins MSA with over 30 years of leadership and design experience, providing planning, electrical engineering design, production, quality control, and team management for public and private clients. His project experience spans a variety of industry sectors including commercial, institutional, industrial, municipal, education, transportation, recreation, architectural, military, and aviation.
Prior to MSA, Ryan served as the director of engineering, and director of virtual design and construction (VDC) and engineering services at Miller Electric Company, a Jacksonville-based power and technology company. Preceding Miller Electric, he served nearly two decades at TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc., an Orlando-based engineering firm, as a principal and senior electrical engineer. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Florida, and certification as an avionics technician from the Navy Avionics Schools at the Naval Air Station Memphis in Millington, Tennessee. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, LEED AP (Accredited Professional) as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council, and a licensed Professional Engineer in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, and Texas.
