MSA announced today the hiring of Rachel Berens as the firm’s new manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM).

Rachel joins MSA with over 15 years of experience in organizational change management planning, strategy, engagement, communications, and implementation, with expertise in applying change management frameworks and methodologies to translate complex organizational initiatives into actionable plans. Most recently, she served as the Director of Internal Communications and Employee Experience at Quartz Health Benefits of Madison.

Rachel holds a master’s degree in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor’s degree in English with a Secondary Teaching Certification from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI).
