MSA announced today the hiring of Julia Lengyel, CPA, CGFM, as a senior accountant in the firm’s Madison office location.

Julia joins MSA with over 20 years of experience in financial management, process improvement, and leadership. Her expertise includes managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing large-scale operational improvements, and meeting organizational goals through automation, technology integration, and budget management. Prior to MSA, Julia served as the assistant controller for the Universities of Wisconsin — a network of 13 university campuses across the state of Wisconsin. She has also served as lead accountant for the Department of Revenue, Wisconsin Lottery, and advanced managerial accountant for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT).
Julia holds a bachelor’s degree of science in accounting and business administration from the University of Wisconsin. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), and holds a master’s certificate in project management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
