MSA announced today the hiring of Jessica B. Noegel, PE, as a new engineering project manager within the firm’s Water service line in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Jessie joins MSA with over 25 years of environmental engineering, consulting, and education experience. Her expertise includes engineering analysis, process engineering, project management, hydraulic design, stormwater management, industrial hygiene, environmental sampling and monitoring, software implementation, and utility operations for water and wastewater facilities as well as public and private clients.
Prior to joining MSA, Jessie served in a variety of roles including environmental engineer, process engineer, project manager, professional services engineer, and senior consultant for engineering and consulting firms specializing in environmental, wastewater, and potable water solutions. She is also the founder of Noegel Academy, specializing in educating the next generation of leaders and consulting as a Professional Engineer. Jessie earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
