MSA announced today the hiring of James Frederick as a field project manager in the firm’s Milwaukee office location.

James joins MSA’s Public Works service line with over 18 years of experience in construction engineering, project management, construction administration, materials coordination and testing, project inspection, and reporting for public, private, and departments of transportation projects. Most recently, he served as the Wisconsin regional construction lead at Baxter & Woodman, coordinating construction services for projects across the state. He holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in civil engineering technology from Gateway Technical College.
