MSA is pleased to announce that Public Works Project Engineer Josh Huber, PE, PLS, recently earned Professional Land Surveyor licensure in the state of Wisconsin.

Josh joined MSA in 2019 and works from the firm’s Baraboo, Wisconsin, location as part of the Public Works service line. His civil engineering experience includes design for agricultural, site development, stormwater, environmental, highway, airport, and dam projects. Over the past several years he has focused on performing a wide range of surveying services for public and private clients, including topographic surveys, construction staking, and property boundary determinations. Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a bachelor’s certificate in land surveying from St. Cloud State University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
