MSA is proud to recognize the accomplishments of employee owner Sierra Parker, PE, who recently earned Professional Engineer licensure in the state of Wisconsin.

To earn a PE license, engineers must hold a four-year degree in engineering from an accredited engineering program, gain experience under a licensed professional engineer, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from the state licensure board. PE licensure is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence — a symbol of achievement, assurance of quality and commitment to ethical standards of practice.

She joined the firm in 2017 has experience with a variety of projects including site design, facility and needs assessments, municipal utility design, and land development for public and private clients, contributing to projects from concept through completion and helping deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions that support thriving communities.
