MSA is proud to recognize the accomplishments of Xinxuan Liu, AIA, who recently earned Architect licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
Xinxuan joined MSA in 2022 and serves as an architectural associate in the firm’s Baraboo office. She has over two years of experience in the planning and design of projects for public and private clients including park and recreational facilities, libraries, water and wastewater buildings, and civic buildings. Xinxuan earned a Master of Architecture degree from The School of Architecture, completed a Foundation Year of Architecture at the Birmingham City University in Shanghai, China, and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Communication Studies from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
To become a registered Architect in Wisconsin, architects must have practical experience in architectural work approved by the board, at least five appraisal references (three of which need to be from registered Architects), and proven competency by passing the six ARE exams administered by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
“I am proud to congratulate Xinxuan for earning Architect licensure,” commented Mike Statz, chief operating officer at MSA. “She has been a wonderful addition to MSA’s Buildings service line for the past two years and has applied her talents to the design of many outstanding projects for our communities. We’re thrilled to have her on the team and congratulate her on this milestone professional achievement.”
