Jill serves as MSA’s administrative services manager and Administrative Community of Practice chair. Her expertise includes mentoring and oversight of administrative staff, the handling of firm contracts, specifications, addendums, bidding processes, Quest web administration, coordinating internal service coverage and the reporting and implementation of goals and standards as set by the CoP.
Jill has been with MSA for over 13 years, lending her talents and insights to support the entirety of the MSA staff and the client communities we serve. She is also instrumental in coordination of firm event planning and employee wellness activities. She earned her associate of arts degree in general studies from the University of Wisconsin-Rock County.
