Boundaries help prevent conflicts, whether in a land purchase or during design and engineering. MSA offers a full range of survey services. We may work with you directly, or provide field support to another MSA team as part of a larger project.

We use the latest in survey technology, including robotic total stations and survey accuracy GPS units with field-to-finish capabilities. These technologies and our expertise provide critical data for a variety of projects.

Morgan Park utility/street improvements, Duluth, MN

A neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota was undergoing utility and street improvements, and there was concern about how the homes in the area would be affected. MSA conducted house-to-house surveys to make sure we could raise the sewer lines to a more easily accessible level and still serve the homes. Maintaining contact with the residents of the neighborhood helped us find the right solution with minimal disruption.
