Iowa DNR announces NEW water quality funding package!

In mid-January, the Iowa DNR announced a new program to help fund water quality projects – “Water Resource Restoration Sponsored Projects.” This program essentially allows communities to use utility revenues to finance projects that cover best management practices for nonpoint source pollution control.
