Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker signed a bill into law on Wednesday that will fund an additional $43 million in transportation infrastructure projects.  Due to improving revenue streams, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) was projected to have an $84.6 million surplus at the end of the 2013-15 biennium.
