Is your community or region of communities planning a large scale transportation project on the National Highway Freight Network (road, rail and/or maritime)? If so, consider applying for the INFRA Grant (formally the FASTLANE Grant). 

In just hours, torrential rains and devastating floods can damage infrastructure and disrupt communities. Recovery, on the other hand, can take years of costly repair. Are you ready to minimize potential damage in your community? 

Is private development picking up in your community―or do you wish it would? When that proposal lands on your desk, will you be ready to craft a Developer’s Agreement that protects your community, while still encouraging the project to move forward?

Is your community planning to complete an outdoor recreation project, water-based activity project, or a project that benefits tourism? If so, consider applying for the WDNR Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program due May 1, 2016. It’s not too late to get your Stewardship application started!

Now is the time to start the grant application process for 2017 Community Development Block Grant-Public Facilities (CDBG-PF) Program. CDBG-PF funds are awarded to projects that include water and sewer improvements, street reconstruction, WWTF improvements, Senior Centers and other Low-to-Moderate (LMI) eligible community facilities.
