MSA recently celebrated the relocation and opening of their new facility with a ribbon cutting. Rice Lake Chamber members, MSA staff and clients gathered at 11 E. Marshall Street, the city’s former City Hall and community gym.

“Thanks to the support of our clients, internal growth necessitated that we relocate our former office to a larger space,” said MSA Vice President Scott Martin, PE. “We are glad to be part of this vibrant community and located in an attractive structure that reflects the City’s heritage.”

MSA has served regional clients out of the Rice Lake office for 15 years. The firm’s new office is located on the second level, on a carpeted floor that covers the former basketball court.

After City staff relocated to a new City Hall building years ago, the former municipal building sat vacant—until a recent community development grant allowed the City to renovate the landmark downtown building into commercial office space.

“Rice Lake is excited to welcome MSA to their new downtown location,” says Karen Heram, Executive Director of the Rice Lake Chamber of Commerce. “What a great office! Love the touch of the historic building with the modern of the open ceilings. Congratulations to everyone involved.”
