Love what you do and do what you love

All of MSA’s offices are part of the communities we serve. We live, work, and play right here in the places we help create, and our employees are active in local organizations. It can be called “philanthropic,” but really it’s just who we are.

With 15 offices throughout the Midwest, MSA employees can choose from a wide range of locations to best suit their lives, from active urban lifestyles to more laid back rural settings. Regardless of where you work for MSA, you will be able to enjoy the best of what the Upper Midwest has to offer.

We are dedicated to working hard and doing our best; however, we rarely sacrifice our playtime. Whether your personal interests are in sports, musical events, charitable organizations, or other activities, you can find MSA employees with similar interests who will play with you. All work and no play is no way to live anywhere, and definitely not at MSA.

If this “too good to be true” organization sounds like a place for you to let your great ideas flourish, then please visit our Current Career Openings or contact us directly for more information.

MSA’s culture of work-life balance

“Work is a four-letter word.” That may be true, but at MSA we want you to find the balance between your job and your life. The happier you are, the better everything can be—at the office and away. It makes our employees healthier, and our company healthier too.

There are books full of statistics about unhappy or fatigued employees being unproductive at work. At MSA it is really quite simple—we care, and we want everyone to take care of themselves.

While we consider it a compliment that people here want to work hard, we take work-life balance seriously. We see it almost as a part of the job description. Overall we hope our people will find working here is just another part of their happy lives.

A few tips to help everyone get started finding their balance:

  • Leave early to attend your child’s soccer match.
  • Take a long lunch with a friend to break up the day.
  • After a long evening at work, enjoy breakfast with your family or a friend and come into the office later than usual.
  • After meeting your client deadlines, take Friday off.

MSA is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We provide reasonable accommodation in our recruitment and job application process. If you need assistance, accommodations and/or an alternate method of application, please call 608.356.2771 or send us an email.
