Baraboo Oral Surgery Center
Baraboo, Wisconsin
Challenge
Oral Surgery Center had been operating out of a single story 1800 square foot building with 3 operatories. With two doctors working out of this facility, they were limited in the number of patients that could be treated. The existing building layout was not suited for expansion.
Solution
The doctors made the decision to construct a new facility. A parcel of land adjacent to the existing facility was purchased. The new building designed by MSA is 4580 square feet on the main floor with a full basement. The basement is used for the routing of the intensive mechanical systems of an oral surgery facility and for storage. The building houses 6 operatories, 6 recovery rooms, two doctor offices, staff lounge, lab, dark room, administration office, waiting room with a children’s play area, and separate staff and public rest rooms. |
